Strategas Management Consultants has over 20 years of experience in introducing quality consultants and candidates to clients. With recent changes to IR35 Off-Payroll Tax legislation, consultants or candidates either work via Strategas Management Consultants or report to the client directly depending on the nature and specifics of the assignment. To assist with this, we use the CEST (Check Employment Status for Tax) tool from HMRC to provide comfort to our clients regarding the mitigation of potential future tax liabilities when defining the contract and relationship between us and yourselves.

As we are a small consultancy our rates are considerably more competitive than traditional recruitment agencies especially since we do not bear the same overheads with respect to offices and full time recruitment consultants. This is great news for both our clients and consultants as this allows us to be flexible. All our consultants are based from home with no fancy offices. Quite frankly we find them to be unnecessary, as we do unnecessary support staff or extravagant marketing. This is great news for our clients because we can pass these cost savings directly onto them.
